This is link to to a You Tube video entitled "My Son Is Deaf, Finally!" EVERYONE should watch this video. I think it is presented in a way that hearing people will really be able to understand and FEEL. People who don't understand what's so scary about the cochlear implant will experience the emotions that the implant stirs up in Deaf people through the story on this video.
